We are delighted you have chosen to join our 2026 Leader Training Course!
The Summer Camps Trust covers the whole cost of the training and instruction you will receive on the course, and the cost of the accommodation is also heavily subsidised. This is because it is our hope that you will choose to volunteer with us for a number of years.
We ask for a £145 contribution only towards the cost of your board and lodging for the week. You will need to arrange and pay for your own travel to and from the course - we offer free pick ups from Colwall Train Station or Bus Stations in Malvern.
The training is intensive and fully residential, we cannot accept any trainees for less than the full week.
Completion of this form including either payment in full, or £35 deposit, will reserve your place on the Volunteer Leader Training course*. If you pay the deposit you will receive an invoice for the remaining £110 to be paid prior to the commencement of the course.
We have a limited number of reduced-price places available if you think you would otherwise not be able to afford to attend the course - please contact us if you would like to apply for one of these places.
*We reserve the right to not accept applications from anyone we feel would not be suitable or unable to fulfil the requirements of the role. In this case all payments would be refunded in full.
