Leaders’ Weekend

2nd - 4th October
Malvern

at The Highball Centre, Shepherd House,
Hanley Swan, WR8 0DX.

We will ensure you get plenty of chance to discuss how camp went this summer, to feedback any success or challenges you experienced, and to ask any questions that you didn’t know to ask on your training course.

And there will be lots of fun new games and activities to learn, along with the opportunity to get and write down all the rules to those games you now wish you’d written down better on your training course, after you swore you knew you’d remember them (we’ve all been there)

There’ll also be plenty of chance to meet up with friends, chill out with no children to worry about, meet other leaders, and generally have a lovely time.

Arrival is Friday evening - there will be no planned activities that night so that no one will miss out if they have a long travel.
The weekend will finish after lunch on the Sunday.

Nearest train station is Great Malvern - lifts to and from will be available.

The Summer Camps Trust heavily subsidises the cost of the weekend, you will need to make your own travel arrangements, and we ask for a contribution of £25 towards catering and accommodation*.

Please fill in this form if you would like to attend.

*We do not want anyone to feel they cannot attend so if you think you would struggle to be able to afford to attend, please let us know.

We may be able to offer a bursary, and if you let us know where you are travelling from, we can see if there is anyone you could share a lift with.
