Autumn Staff Weekend Contribution
Staff & Leaders’ Weekend
17th - 19th October
at The Highball Centre, Shepherd House, Hanley Swan, WR8 0DX.
We will ensure you get plenty of chance to discuss how camp went this summer, to feedback any success or challenges you experienced, and to ask any questions that you didn’t know to ask on your training course.
And there will be lots of fun new games and activities to learn, along with the opportunity to get and write down all the rules to those games you now wish you’d written down better on your training course, after you swore you knew you’d remember them (we’ve all been there)
There’ll also be plenty of chance to meet up with friends, chill out with no children to worry about, meet other leaders, and generally have a lovely time.
Arrival is Friday evening from 4pm onwards. Supper will be at 7.30pm - we will of course keep something aside for anyone who will be arriving later. There will be no formal activities that night so that no one will miss out if they have a long travel.
The weekend will finish after lunch on the Sunday.
Nearest train station is Great Malvern - lifts to and from will be available.
The Summer Camps Trust heavily subsidises the cost of the weekend, you will need to make your own travel arrangements, and we ask for a contribution of £25 towards catering and accommodation*.
